I tried this twice and I had a reaction, even though it says gluten free. Has anyone else had this happen?

Probably another sensitivity?

I had super-mild reactions after eating this precise sauce at a friends’ place (itching on my face, neck, shoulders that disappeared after a while) but was fine the next day.

I do however get those symptoms from a variety of foods, including gluten-free foods. It’s been hard to track down a source, and since my body doesn’t escalate I’ve been ignoring that one. I have been meaning to test to test camembert cheese, Parmesan cheese, tomatoes, soy sauce and mushrooms for their MSG content, since MSG stimulates nerve endings.
