I have a lot of food intolerances due serious GI problems. So I am soy, gluten, nuts and seeds, free. I also cannot eat “Gum” additives which are found in GF breads, commercial and homemade. So, I really miss the crunchy things I used to eat in salads, such as croutons, nuts and seeds. So today, while socially distancing and working from home I made a discovery. Unseasoned pork skins make great croutons! There you go.
