Cauliflower Crust Chicken Alfredo Pizza with Red Onion

It was so easy! I grated 2 cups of cauliflower, cooked the moisture out in a pan, then mixed one cup of Parmesan, and one egg. Cooked it for 20 minutes, then let it rest for about 10 minutes and topped it with Alfredo sauce (8oz whipping cream 2 cups Parmesan w/ pepper n salt), grilled chicken, and diced red onion. Cooked for 10 min, then boom! Pizza, and it didn’t fall apart at all
