My wife’s favorite, and extremely easy to make.
Ingredients: Velvet beef: info here Random veggies, I used green onions, mushrooms, white onion, Serrano peppers GF ramen noodles Soy sauce Black pepper
Stir fry the noodles first, I recommend in a non-stick pan because they stick to the wok, add GF soy sauce just before playing
Then stir-fry the veggies, again with soy sauce at the end
Finally stir-fry the meat. Use soy sauce and black pepper. You can use any cheap cut, the velvet process makes it tender. But we only had ribeye, which makes it freaking delicious
