3 duck eggs
1/2 cup of whole milk
1/3 cup whipping cream (you can leave this out, I’m just trying to use it up)
As much of whatever kind of cheese you want (I used Colby jack)
1 pack of center cut bacon (the superior cut in my opinion lol)
1 gluten free pie crust (homemade or store bought, I used the brand Wholly Gluten Free. I’ll update this comment when I know if it’s good)
Baked at 425F for 35 minutes (crust was raw when I put it in)!
Update: the crust is very good. Updated time to be 35 minutes, thought it was done at 25 but it wasn’t!
