Yep! It’s called dyshidrotic eczema. I get them on the palm of my left hand, the connective skin between my right fingers and sides of the fingerprint areas. If I eat any gluten or dairy it pops up within a few hours to a day. For me, it takes weeks for them to go away, they itch, and the blisters make my affected areas feel like they’re on fire. I call it my personal BS food detector. Just pop them with a sterilized needle, clean the area, and keep it dry and clear of anything unsanitary for a few days.
