Gluten free oven baked donuts :)

These are cake donuts by the way!

Ingredients:

For donuts:

  1. 2 cups gluten free baking flour, I used Bob’s Red Mill

  2. 3/4 cup granulated sugar

  3. 2 tsp baking powder

  4. 1 tsp salt

  5. 3/4 cup milk

  6. 2 large eggs

  7. 2 tsp vanilla extract

  8. 1/2 cup vegetable oil

For glaze:

  1. 1 cup powdered sugar

  2. 2 tbsp milk

  3. 2 tbsp cream cheese

  4. 1 tsp vanilla extract

  5. Food coloring (optional)

Directions:

  1. Mix together all ingredients for the donuts , first dry then wet

  2. Preheat oven to 350

  3. Form 12 donuts with a glass or cupcake pan, and cut out holes, make donut holes out of excess dough

  4. Put in greased pan and bake for 10 minutes

  5. Mix together icing ingredients until smooth

  6. Take donuts out and let cool

  7. Dip donuts in icing and let icing harden and you’re done 🙂
