I used King Arthur gf flour Focaccia recipe on their website with Monterey Jack and a quick tomato sauce – upped the temp to 450- will up it more next time and get some caramelized cheese. Chewy and tender !!!! Also…
I think I’m going to try using a sour dough starter in addition to some yeast , and melted butter instead of olive oil. You could taste the flour a bit too much ( not in a terrible way- but I think I could fix it)
I only had a yeast for wine making ( nothing instant ) so I left it out proofing for 3 hours – it left a great rise.
