Fresh and Flaky Gluten Free Biscuits

I spent this quarantine weekend tweaking my recipe to a level where I thought it was good enough to share with you! Third time is the charm!

Make sure your butter is cold, I grated it and put it in the freezer, that helped me get it incorporated like it should

Don’t over work the dough, simply folding it a few times after mixing it is all you need, or you’ll end up with hockey pucks!
