Buckwheat flour. Which ones does it most resemble

I really want to use buckwheat flour in my bread recipes.

Between those flours which one does it most readily replace well?
Brown rice
Teff
Sorghum
Oats, full grain

PS. I am using the [Gluten-Free Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1250018315) method. I am addicted to the whole grain seeded bread from page 106 if anyone is interested
