Sharday lost 17 pounds. This busy mom of five released the weight by changing her eating habits. She learned not to be hard on herself and that you have to do what works for you.
What is your motivation? What kept you going, even when you wanted to give up?
My motivation is my kids. I wanted to live a healthy life so that I can be around longer for them. When I wanted to give up, I would make an inspirational post in my Instagram stories to encourage others and myself. I try not to be too hard on myself because I am trying, and that’s what matters the most.
How did you change your eating habits?
I changed my eating habits by replacing 1-2 meals a day with HERBALIFE shakes, and that helped me jumpstart my efforts. I have also limited my carb intake.
What did your workout routine consist of?
I am a busy mom of five kids, so I have not had time to workout.
What was your starting weight? What is your current weight?
My starting weight was 185 pounds, and today I weigh 168 pounds.
What is your height?
I am 5’4″.
When did you start your journey?
I started in December 2019 but kept falling off course because of the holidays. On January 3, 2020, I decided to order Herbalife products, and that’s when I started seeing real results.
What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned?
The biggest lesson I have learned is never to give up. Every day that God has given us is a chance to start over.
