GF Pizza last night with garlic, onion, bell pepper, and bacon

I used a stand mixer and 12″ cast iron for this recipe:

Mix dry ingredients: 2 tsp dry active yeast (omitted for this time because I was out) 1 Cup Brown Rice Flour 1/2 Cup White Rice Flour 1/2 Cup Tapioca Starch 3 Tbsp Milk Powder 1 Tbsp Xantham gum 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp garlic powder ( I probably added more) 1 Tsp Italian Seasoning

Add wet ingredients to dry: 1 Tsp Apple cider Vinegar 1Tsp Olive Oil 1 1/4 Cup warm water 1 Tsp Honey

Mix in stand.mixer on low for 1 min, med for 3 min.

Proof dough in oiled bowl with plastic wrap on somewhere warm for 15 min.

Divide dough in 2 and shape into pizza crust and pre-bake on sheet tray at 325 F for about 10 min.

Add all your toppings. Meanwhile preheat your cast iron at 500 F. Transfer pizza to the hot pan and bake until done.
