Made a GF sugar free persian love cake – rose water and cardamom with cashew frosting!

It’s not as hard as it looks— I promise. Just time consuming!!

Here’s the recipe I used for the cake

Modifications: substituted in 2 cups GF flour blend (instead of their recommendations) as well as “swerve” sugar replacement 1:1 for sugar.

I made a different frosting than the recipe called for. Also substituted in swerve.
