I am asking this because I am beginning to strongly suspect I am gluten intolerant, I have always had stomach problems, bouts of depression, tiredness, brain fog etc. My dad my also reacts badly to gluten. It has only been now that it coming to my attention because it has been really really bad recently and the only thing I have changed the increase in gluten my diet (specifically breakfast). I am going try gluten free for a month in the first instance to see what effect that has, before considering it for life. For those of you who realised your intolerance and cut out gluten, how did your life change?
