Keto Pizza! 8 net carbs per pizza + toppings

My new favorite Keto hack! I took a calzone recipe I found and converted it into a thin crust pizza. The best part is the ENTIRE pizza is only 8 Net carbs for the crust + toppings. Mine ended up being around 10 Net Carbs after sauce and toppings.

I made two mediums out of the one fat head dough recipe.

Dough Ingredients:

1 c. Shredded mozzarella

1/4 c. Butter

1 oz. Cream cheese

1/4 tsp. Garlic powder

1/2 tsp. Crushed red pepper flakes

1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning

1/4 c. Almond flour

3 Tbsp. Coconut flour + some for dusting the dough when rolling out

1 tsp. Baking powder

1 Egg


✅ Preheat oven to 400 degrees

✅ Whisk egg

✅ In microwave melt mozzarella, butter, cream cheese, and spices (about 60-90 seconds)

✅ Stir in egg and remaining ingredients

✅ Divide into two

✅ Roll into balls

✅ Dust ball with coconut flour

✅ Roll out super thin (I suggest using parchment paper to keep it from being messy)

✅ Bake for 7 minutes

✅ Flip over and top as desired

✅ Cook again until melted

✅ Repeat for second dough

✅ Enjoy!
