What was your motivation? What inspired you to keep going, even when you wanted to give up?
My motivation was seeing so many Instagram models and people around me transforming. I also realized that I was the biggest friend out of my group of friends. Seeing a change inspired me to keep going.
How did you change your eating habits?
I stopped eating out every day. I also stopped eating junk food and fried foods. I did not use a specific diet plan.
What did your workout routine consist of? How often did you workout?
My work out routine was short and sweet: 30/45 minutes of cardio 4 days a week with a gallon of water.
What was your starting weight? What is your current weight?
255 pounds was my starting weight. I wore a Size 18/2X. I weigh 180 pounds as of today, and I wear a Size 10/Large.

No, I have not had any surgeries.
What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned so far?
That you can’t give up on yourself just because you don’t see results.
What advice do you have for women who want to lose weight?
Keep pushing forward. Focus on your goal and try not to think about how long it will take to reach your goal.
