Fluffy and crunchy 3 ingredient beer batter.

1 cup Pillsbury GF flour w xanthan

1 cup Redbridge GF beer

1 tsp baking powder.

Mix until thick like pancake batter.

(Seasoned salt/seasoning in batter is optional but recommended)

I made battered mushrooms with this exact recipe and seasoned salt and was VERY impressed. I used my home deep fryer. I’m sure it can be made with another beer but this is my favorite GF beer.
