everything looks good but……. throw that Alfredo sauce back in the cupboard.
quick alfredo sauce
medium pot on medium heat
melt stick of butter
add either 4 cups heavy whipping cream or
3 cups milk and 1 cup cream cheese
mix with whisk over that med heat
once mixed scramble 2 egg yolks and 1 egg white and add to the liquid slowly while whisking rapidly ( you want sauce to thicken not to have scrambled eggs)
do some emeril bamm with some salt, pepper, and garlic powder
keep whisking , add grated parm if you would like keep whisking.
now you have Alfredo sauce that jar couldn’t hold a candle to.
