Easy Slow Cooker Sweet Potato Paleo Chili



  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the beef and cook, stirring often, until mostly browned.
  3. Place the beef and the rest of ingredients in a slow cooker and stir to combine.
  4. Cover with a lid and cook on low for 6 hours.
  5. Season to taste with salt and black pepper, sprinkle with extra cilantro and serve.
