Gluten-Free, Low Carb, Air-Fried Chicken Tenders – Chicken Tenderloins, Egg or Oil and Almond Flour.

For 8 Chicken Tenders: 8 Chicken Tenderloins, 2 Eggs or 1/2 Cup Egg whites or 2 tbsp Olive Oil, and 8 tbsp Almond Flour.

Instructions: Coat each tender in egg or olive oil and cover with almond flour. Air fry 4 at a time for about 18 minutes at 350F. Flip halfway through. Spray with a little cooking spray to cause more of a “fried” effect.
