Does anyone have an autoimmune disease other than celiac, and have a non-celiac gluten intolerance?

Due to sinus issues my ENT had me cut out gluten and it is making a huge difference for me. The issues have been ongoing for 2-3 years now. I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis 4 years ago, and I started having vocal issues about a year later. (I’m a singer.) We thought it was a million things before linking it to my sinuses. Had sinus surgery in August which improved drainage, but my body was still making a lot of mucus and therefore there was a lot of mucus on my vocal folds, affecting my sound. Cutting gluten is finally helping.

I haven’t had intestinal issues that I am aware of, but part of my wonders if it could be celiac disease, or if this could lead to that? I’d imagine I’d already know, but I have read that people with rheumatoid arthritis can develop other autoimmune diseases, especially celiac.

Is there anyone that has an autoimmune disease that also has trouble with gluten but does not have celiac disease? I may get tested by my rheumatologist just in case, but I’d love to hear if anyone has had this sort of experience. Thank you!
