I’m at a younger cousin’s graduation party, and they have the GOOD store cake out… it’s been only a few month since my gluten sensitivity diagnosis but I miss cake SO MUCH. It’s been my favorite “food” for years. Almost any pasta was a favorite too. I am so tempted but I just got my first “steady” job and I cannot afford to miss my orientation on Tuesday because of avoidable illness. It feels kind of silly to be this upset but at the same time I haven’t even been gluten free a whole year and I still have strong cravings for all my old comfort foods.
Do any of you have a particular food you struggle especially hard to not eat? What do you do to deal with it?
