I’m absolutely hooked on buffalo chicken so when I found the recipe that I’m about to share with you, I was super excited to try it. It’s probably in my top 3 buffalo chicken dishes—and that’s saying something considering this is a salad. The added paleo-friendly ingredients end up making it into something that’s truly next level. Who knew switching to the paleo diet would help me create better-tasting meals? There’s really no need for artificial flavorings, fillers, thickeners and whatnot really. Frank’s Red Hot hot sauce gives it a perfectly spicy kick, while the apple cider vinegar provides just enough tanginess to help offset some of that fiery heat. That’s buffalo flavor right there; no need to overcomplicate things. If you’re a big fan of buffalo like me, you’ll enjoy this for sure.
