They can make a crust out of broccoli. BROCCOLI! Someone just isn’t trying hard enough!!

Seriously though… We have a local shop that does a very good thicker crust. Definitely still bready though not yeasty or gluteny. I’d say it’s a half inch thick and reminds me of a gluten pizza I used to get as a child at a local shop in my home state called Fox’s. It doesn’t freeze well though. The guy sells them frozen to local stores and it’s not the same when you cook them at home.
