I’m thinking about exploring the various types of asian recipes which are gluten free. Those Korean rice cakes noodles (idk what’s the actual name is), looks yummy enough as an exotic alternative to gnocchi. Although I’ve did saw various YouTube vids on how to make them, but finding the right rice flour for such a meal quite difficult, as I live in a Canadian region which isn’t populated with a varied ethnicity.
