I know this is a long shot, but I’m hoping everyone here might have some new advice they can share! So unfortunately I think I’ve gotten gluten this weekend. Usually I’d just rest and take some probiotics, but I have a really busy schedule for the next couple of days and can’t really take any time off. Does anyone have any tricks that alleviate some of the pain any quicker?
