I have hashimotos / hypo thyroid. My doctor wants me to try gluten free.
I have done low carb/keto for years but would love to see how GF carbs effect how I feel and my weight BUT I am afraid adding any carbs, even GF will cause me to gain weight.
Has anyone had experience being low carb only then moving to GF with no food restrictions?
As well has anyone done a meal order service for GF meals? These would only be for me and I would like to use something like this to start, any feedback
