Gluten free fudge Cupcakes with Swiss meringue buttercream swirls!!

They were delicious!! People’s jaws dropped after they ate them and told them they were gluten free. I used this (king Arthur recipe) for the cake only and substituted the cup4cup flour. Also, I made almond milk buttermilk, which is a tablespoon of vinegar to a cup of unsweetened almond milk. I would definitely recommend this recipe. I was really nervous as this is my first GF cupcake
