So I am fairly new to the gluten free life. Not positive if I have Celiacs or just an intolerance. I didn’t actually get tested for it but I always test positive for an autoimmune disease of some sort. Anyway, I have always had a tendency toward depression and since going gluten free I have felt so much better mentally (and of course physically). Last week I was glutened and I noticed the last few days my brain has felt the same way as it did before and have felt pretty depressed. Is this all in my head or is there a connection? Have any of you noticed anything like this?
