Gluten-Free Rice Crispies

All you need is Gluten-Free Puffed Rice Cereals (10oz/300gr), Butter (half a butter), Marshmallows (10oz/300gr) and 1tsp of Vanilla Extract.

You basically mix everything together. Melt the butter, add the marshmallows and melt them as well, then take from the heat and add the vanilla extract. Add the rice cereals and coat them with the marshmallow mixture. Then pour everything in a greased tray and leave them to cool in the fridge for about 2h before cutting them into squares.
