On the left is the egg white & vegetables frittata (ingredients included parmesan, mushrooms, tomato, spinach) and on the left is their avocado tartine on amazing GF seeded bread. The avocado spread was lovely and had chili flakes on top which gave a nice kick. The other tartine option was egg salad — also looked great. Le Pain Quotidien also has good GF options but Pret has many more and is cheaper and more to-go oriented.
