Recovering from a glutening

Welcoming all tips. I just got glutened on Friday and am looking forward to a rough week. Personally, I get a ton of bloating and cramping, and am starving but too nauseous to eat anything for about a week or so. OH and the fatigue and that hopeless, nothing-will-ever-be-ok-again feeling. My go-to is a strawberry banana smoothie for breakfast, forcing myself to eat throughout the day so I don’t get that “I’m gonna pass out right now” feeling, and mashed potatoes and plain chicken for dinner. Some reruns of The Office or something uplifting on YouTube. It’s a killer when I have a ton of work to do. Any additional tips?
