I’m making the turkey/stuffing/gravy for Thanksgiving (Canada, this weekend) and I’m having trouble with the gravy. After a couple tries I have the stuffing in good shape but the gravy does not reheat well at all (goes lumpy or thin). I don’t want to tell my 8 yr old niece that she can’t have gravy so any advice would be super helpful. (I’m not gluten free myself but always bring dishes everyone can have to family gatherings which means gluten and dairy free. Usually I can sort out the recipe in a few tries with what I can find online but this one eludes me.) I’m planning to use pan drippings and there were limited online recipes that I could find to try as most of them started with stock instead.
