Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies!

Easiest ever: Use a GF spice cake mix (just dry mix) add 15oz canned pumpkin. Add choc chips, mix. Bake at about 15 min at 350 degrees. (You should be able to press the top of the cookie and it won’t be wet.)

If you can’t find spice cake mix, you can also sub yellow cake mix and pumpkin pie spice. Delicious! (Don’t bake these on parchment paper-they stick. Just use a greased cookie sheet)
