I (20f) am newly gluten free about two months and enjoying the lack of havoc gluten reaps on my body. I am also noticing I am more sensitive to cross contamination and I feel like I have a worse reaction when I accidentally (or purposely-it was a pumpkin muffin I couldn’t help myself) eat gluten.
Does anyone have advice for the holidays? I don’t have many people in my family or my SOs family that are gluten free and I’m not sure what I should do?
I’ve never made a turkey and I don’t know if I’ll accidentally be glutened?
