Thanks! Definitely can’t take much credit especially since I used Bob’s red mill gluten free mix.
Instead of whole milk I use heavy cream and I add a cup of corn as well. Little cinnamon on top before baking. After initial baking is done I made the topping and drizzled it on and put the cornbread under the broiler on high for two mins.
Highly recommend using a cast iron for cornbreads.
