Scientists Figured Out a Cool Way to Make Better Gluten-Free Bread

I have had Dermatitis herpetiformis for about 25 years now. When I first had to go gluten free, there were few options, and they were not good. Now due to GF being a popular diet, and the research and advancement of making GF foods. There are a multitude of breads, pastas and more, and they are good substitutes. I am always happy to see that research into improving and developing new products continue.
