Easy breakfast ideas other than oatmeal?

The big thing for me is getting protein in the morning, or I’ll be starving all day. Some of my go-tos:

-A boiled egg, and some seeds or nuts to snack on before lunch

-2 Fried eggs with some sauteed spinach or kale

-A big spoonful of peanut butter and a couple pieces of fruit

-Smoothie (bananas, spinach, apples, etc and some source of protein)

-Certain brands of grits are gluten-free and can be prepared savory or sweet and taste similar to oatmeal.
