Gluten Free Cracked Sugar Cookies – Caputo Fioreglut Flour

Finally found an amazing recipe for Sugar cookies!

I used this recipe with Caputo’s Fioreglut flour. Made with 50% more flour (3 3/4 cups) and 1tsp of lemon juice – instead of the cream of tartar.

They turned out soft, chewy and delicious!

My family ate them all before our company arrived, so I had to make again… next time I’ll make a double batch.

Am loving the Caputo Fioreglut flour – makes amazing pancakes, pizza and cookies! I look forward to baking again since I’ve found it!
