Instacart/Shipt frustration

Shipt has an option saying to contact you before substitutions are made. I’d make sure you have that checked. If they’re substituting even with you saying to contact first, you need to let Shipt know. They’re really fast at responding to issues. I’ve never run into an issue with them substituting without contacting me first. Never used instacart, so not sure about them.
