I’ll do my best, but I just threw things together!
Cooked pasta and left to side. Started with a small pot of milk and half a stick of butter (stir constantly in the same direction). Once the milk started bubbling, I lowered the heat while still stirring. I added about 10 slices of provolone, 10 of American, half a bag of mixed cheddar, and shredded Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper. Make sure you keep stirring. I added about 3 tablespoons of rue made with half a stick of butter and King Arthur measure for measure until sand like texture. I stirred in the rue slowly to see when it would thicken to my liking. Then mixed in with pasta and added paprika!
