Brown rice flour chocolate chip cookies!


1/2 cup white sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup melted butter 1 egg yolk 1/3 cup milk 2 tablespoons cream cheese 2 teaspoons vanilla 1 1/2 cup brown rice flour 2 tablespoons potato starch (I used instant potato flakes!) 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 cup chocolate chips Mix the sugars, butter, egg yolk, and cream cheese. Then add the milk and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl mix flour, potato starch, baking powder, and baking soda. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and add chocolate chips. Chill the dough for 3 hours in the fridge. After chilling, roll the dough into balls about an inch in width and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Yummy!!
