Hey not sure if this post is suitable but I would like to make the below recipe from Tasty. I have made it before but i want to make it now gluten free. I am aware I will need to use gluten free flour and xantham gum but unsure about the substitute for the stout. Can anyone advise on this?

If you can find a gf stout, I highly recommend using it. Glutenberg has a great one! If you can’t, use instant coffee powder mixed with seltzer water or club soda. The bubbles provide extra lift and the coffee will lend a richer, slightly bitter, more complex flavor, similar to stout.
