Tips and Tricks & Keto Recipes for Breakfast, Lunch, snacks & Drinks

It's been around two months now for me on Keto Diet. I am seeing very satisfied result :) 

I found some recipes online, one of the great resources for daily recipes I found is in this online book Keto E-book

It also has great tips, foods to avoid, common keto diet mistakes...etc. I liked the egg salad in my Breakfast and the ginger beef for Lunch, and the snacks and even the keto drinks (I LOVE all smoothies here but the Almond Raspberry is the best!!! ). 

While I am still looking and searching more for other tips, tricks, experience for keto, what do you think the common keto struggles? How long does it take to see big difference in losing weight on keto? I lost around 8 lbs so far.
